Join Jessika East in a creative & dynamic Vinyasa Flow that will both challenge & ground you. Combining breath work & asana, we break down & explore a new pose each week, you're always learning something new; exploring new planes & experiencing new sensations in each pose, & the music will take you on a ride, join me! Great for all Levels . Thank you for taking care of your mind, body, and spirit. Yoga Mats and Props are for sale at the Parlor. Parking is available in the Parking Lot across the street on Oregon St., or to avoid stairs, we do have a few parking spots in the back of the building down the alley. See you on the mat.
