Belly dancing not only improved my posture, but my body is much curvier than it was before. I notice my core much stronger. I think every woman should learn this beautiful seductive dance, it's great for the mind, body and self confidence! Stretch Yoga Pose
Aerial Yoga is the absolute best workout I have ever engaged in. I HIGHLY recommend taking this class with Yadira. She is an attentive, skilled and interactive instructor. She knows I have an issue with heights, but she is considerate with where she positions the hammock. She pushes me gently but firmly. I have already improved after two sessions. I have not been this excited for a workout ever! The tiniest muscle is activated and used during Aerial Yoga. Try it! You will be glad that you did. I cannot rave enough about this class and Yadira!​
