The Sunset Parlor is a delightful event location for your wedding, fundraiser, meeting or other special occasion. This 1903 home was reimagined to bring out the elegance of the 1900’s invoking the imagination of anyone who enter.
The Sunset Parlor is located on the outskirts of Sunset Heights, just a 5 minute drive (or a 15 minute trolley ride) from downtown El Paso.
Rental time is for up to 6 hours. The rental time includes set-up through final cleanup.
Typical use of time is 2 hour set up + 3 hour event + 1 hour teardown/clean up
Standing: 225 total = ballroom 150 guests / mezzanine 75 guests
Mixed :Seated and Standing 180 total = ballroom 130 guests / mezzanine 50 guests
Seated: 130 total = ballroom 100 guests / mezzanine 30 guests
Tables: 100 total = ballroom 74 guests / mezzanine 26 guests

Additional hours can be added to the rental for $500/hr.
50% of the rental fee and a $1,000.00 security deposit are collected when the reservation is made. The balance of the rental fee is collected 30 days before the event. The security deposit is a refundable deposit returned within 10 days after the event to cover damages and honor contract time.
