Rental Times:

Rental time is for up to 6 hours. The rental time includes set-up through final cleanup.

Typical use of time is 2 hour set up + 3 hour event  + 1 hour teardown/clean up

 

Interior Capacity:

Standing:  225 total = ballroom 150 guests/mezzanine 75 guests

Mixed: Seated and Standing 180 total = ballroom 130 guests/mezzanine 50 guests

Seated: 140  total all with great view of stage = ballroom 105 guests/mezzanine 35 guests 

Tables w chairs : 108  total =  ballroom 82  guests /mezzanine 26 guests 

 

What’s included?

State-of-the-art surround sound. Stage. In-house lighting.  Hostess.  Parking.  Event Planner. Greenroom. Kitchen.  up to 100 Chairs 

 

What’s not included?

Food/ Bev/ Tables / Linens / Decor / Entertainment priced separately.

Payments:

50% of the rental fee is collected when the reservation is made.   The balance of the rental fee is collected 10 days before the event.
