Step into a multi-level, multi-sensory sound healing journey—the first of its kind in El Paso.

Hosted at the stunning Sunset Parlor, this event will transform both floors of the space into a sacred soundscape, where you’ll be guided through a powerful experience of sound, breath, intention, and stillness.

Led by Cesar (@instrumentsofhealing), a certified sound therapy teacher; this event also features live sound practitioners (including Cesar’s own graduates), trauma-informed breathwork (guided by Karessa), a Special out-of-town Guest (Lupita A.), and optional wellness add-ons for guests. Cesar will close the evening with a soul-stirring 30-minute sound bath, weaving the powerful vibrations of 14 crystal singing bowls to guide you into deep stillness, energetic realignment, and spiritual renewal.

What to bring?

• You will be laying on the floor so bring anything that will make you feel comfortable like yoga mats, bolsters, pillows, cushions, or blankets.

• Our bodies tend to cool down as we enter meditative states so I suggest that you dress warm and comfortably or have the option to cover yourself with an additional layer.

• Please make sure to drink plenty of water before, during, and after the experience.

• You can bring crystals, jewels, water, etc, to charge with the vibrations of sound.
