The class will be a doorway into the world of Kundalini and will invigorate students for their energized/productive day ahead of them.

Leilainia ( lei-Lain-ya) is an El Paso native. She left for 23 years and has returned to El Paso to bring depth of expertise and joy back to her hometown. She is a certified Chopra Health, Meditation, and Wellness Coach, as well as a Hatha & Kundalini Yoga Instructor,  and an Award-Winning Dancer.
