Rental Times:  

• private parties includes 2 hour set up and 1 hour tear down. 

• workshops includes 30 minute set up and 30 min tear down.

 

Capacity:

• Standing: 225 total = Ballroom 150 guests/Mezzanine 75 guests

•  Dinner: Seating 120 total = Ballroom 75 guests/Mezzanine 45 guests

• Seated: 140 total w/ stage view = Ballroom 105 guests/Mezzanine 35 guests

 

Accessibility:

 • Unload in alley driveway and enter through the back door. This is also the Handicap entrance. 

NOTE: There is no handicap accessibility to the mezzanine. 

Parking:

• FREE Parking lot is across the street on Oregon St. / River ave.

• Handicap parking is in back alley. 

• FRE Street parking also available. 

Cancellation Policy:

• Up to 6 months 0% cancellation fee of total event sum

• Less than 6 months notice 25% cancellation fee of total event sum

• Less than 30 days notice 50% cancellation fee of total event sum

• Less than 7 days notice 75% cancellation fee of total event sum

• Less than 6 days notice 100%

NO SMOKING POLICY: 

This is a non-smoking venue. There will be a $500 charge if you or your guests are smoking inside the building. 

 

SECURITY DEPOSIT AND DAMAGE(S):

A $500 security deposit via credit card is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable within two weeks, provided the venue, furniture, and artwork are left in their original condition. Please note that excess cleaning, repairs, or staying past your scheduled time (billed at $500/hr) will be deducted from the deposit. Our goal is a seamless event where the historic space is respected and your deposit is returned in full.
